Frequently Asked Questions
What size parties do you offer?
We have a small semi-private party area on the ground level with seating for 12, perfect for up to 30 guests. For larger groups, get in touch to explore private rental options.
What's the minimum group size / how far ahead do we need to book?
Groups of up to 40 golfers can book online for a standard tee time. Party packages bill at a minimum of 12 people. Groups can be booked up to teeing off. Private events must be reserved at least 72 hours in advance.
What's included in the pizza package?
2 slices, soda/seltzer/water, and a dessert choice (ice cream, cupcake, or cookie) per person.
Can we bring outside food, or order our own catering?
Parties are welcome to bring their own cake but must bring plates and utensils. Contact us to discuss bring-your-own options, private bar service, or custom catering.
Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?

Is there a deposit, and what's the cancellation/reschedule policy?
Parties must be paid in full to reserve the space. Parties may be canceled for a full refund up to 14 days prior to the event, and a 50% refund up to 72 hours before the event.
Is parking available at Faneuil Hall?
Yes! All groups will receive a "know before you go" email with information on our 60% parking discount.
What if it rains or there's inclement weather?
Putt Across America is located indoors at Faneuil Hall Marketplace, and is open rain or shine. If the market is closed due to inclement weather that prevents travel, we will be in touch to reschedule your event.
Do you offer nonprofit or school discount rates?
Yes! Nonprofits, schools, and summer camps can access discounted rates. Contact us to book.
Can we add alcohol/bar service to a group event?
Private bar service can be brought in for your event. Customize your perfect pour with options ranging from open bar, cash bar, wine/beer, and custom cocktails.
How far in advance should we arrive, and how long is our slot?
Event hosts can arrive up to 30 minutes early to get settled and decorate the party area. Guests should plan to arrive around the event start time. Events typically run for up to 2 hours.
