I confirm that all members in my party understand that Putt Across America is a physical activity taking place outdoors.
All members of my party are able to participate in this physical activity and agree to assume all responsibility for their health and safety while on the course.
Players also agree to participate in play in a way that does not affect the safety of fellow players on the course and assume any and all responsibility for their actions while playing.
